Move-In Fees:
Each lease holder will be charged a one-time $200.00 Amenity Fee, charged on the lease start date.
A one-time Technology Fee of $90.00 per resident will be charged on move-in day for all new residents, regardless of the lease term length. A one-time Technology Fee of $80.00 per resident will be charged on the renewal term start date for renewal residents, regardless of the lease term length. The Technology Fee is a one-time access fee.
Miscellaneous Fees:
All residents will be provided (1) shuttle pass and (3) pool bands. An additional $25.00 fee will be charged for each lost or not returned shuttle pass and pool band(s).
